Hi I’m Coach Glen and you are here because you want to know more about P90X, Team Beach Body or maybe even the coaching opportunity.

It’s really funny I didn’t realize how fat I actually was. Then looking in the mirror one day I noticed the double chin. You see it in the picture on my logo above. That’s a reminder of how I looked when I started. I had decided to start the P90X program one month later than I actually did start. The kicker was when someone jokingly asked me when I was due.

That was it. I told the person 90 days joking  right back at him. What he didn’t know is that I had the secret weapon P90X. Instead of waiting I started right away.

This blog and the pages I link to from it are all of the products, equipment, supplements that I actually use. I’m not asking you do use anything I myself have not tried. If you read my posts you will find out exactly what I do day to day and the kind of progress.  I do include other products in the product section from Beach Body and I do that because some of you may not be ready for P90X. I strongly believe in the Beach Body Products. I can promise you this, no matter what products you buy you will get the best support from people like me who use the products or from the Beach Body Team themselves.
