What am I supposed to eat if I don't like to eat veggies?
You should always try to get your nutrients from foods first. You can try to grate vegetables into your sauces so as not to taste them. Try different fruits or vegetables to see if you find some you may like. Try some of the fruit or vegetable juices on the market. There are also good supplements the best I have found is Shakeology which is as close to eating vegetables as you will get without actually eating them. Hey Coach Glen, I was in a rush this morning and worked out before having breakfast. I crashed mid-way through the workout. Any suggestions for pre-workout eats when on a tight schedule? Don't want to crash again! Thanks.
It's better if you don't have breakfast before your workout. Your body will lose more fat when working out on an empty stomach. Also eating before a workout may cause cramping. To prevent crashing you should increase your calorie intake. I like to do a protein shake a few hours before bed. Also using creatine will give you more stamina during your workout. I recommend beach body products. Performance formula or Mens Strength and Muscle formula. If you feel you must eat before the workout I would suggest using shakeology.

What is the best regimen (workout and nutrition) for building mass?
Great Question!! I really depends on your current physical makeup. If you are heavy you will want to turn fat to muscle and lean out so that would require a low-carb diet and good workout program something like Power 90 or P90X. If you want to bulk up your diet would change you would want to add more carbs and increase your calories. P90X is great for this also but you will want to use heavy weights and reach fatigue with less reps. If you have a high metabolism you may find that you need to use weight gain supplements.

Thank You for the nice comments about the blog. I would recommend doing P90X first. After you have completed a complete round of P90X then is the time to mix it up. You can then combine P90X and Insanity to get insane results. You should take vitamin and nutrient supplements that are designed for the extreme workout you will be doing.
