We love the products and get in the best shape of our lives. We love it so much we have to talk to others about it. The next natural progression is becoming a Beach Body Coach. Welcome to my Day 56 P90X Results. Below are the measurements.
Chicken Couscous
4 Chicken Tenders
1 ½ Cups Chicken Broth
1 Medium Garlic Clove
½ Medium Onion Chopped
2 Carrots Sliced
1 Celery Stalk Chopped
2 tbsp. Â Olive Oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 Cup Raisins
½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ginger
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ cup couscous
Combine 1 tbsp. Lime Juice, ¼ tsp. Cinnamon, Ginger, Salt and Pepper add chicken and marinade for at least 15 minutes.
Parmesan Fish Fillets
1 lb. white fish fillets (cod, flounder, turbot, sole, etc.)
1/4 cup low-fat Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Fresh parsley, minced
Sprinkle paprika
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preheat a large nonstick skillet. In a small bowl, combine basil, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt (if using). Sprinkle onto both sides of fish and cook for five minutes, turning once. Sprinkle fillets with cheese, parsley, and paprika, and cover pan. Cook for another five minutes or until the fish flakes when lifted with a fork. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
